Arcane Relic Astrology Artwork

Inspired by my own natal chart interpretation and my love for the symbolism of astrology, I have “art directed” ChatGPT to help me create these pieces. Below are the twelve signs of the zodiac, the ten celestial wanderers, the four points that are not planets at all, the four angles of the day and the decorative ornaments for the page.

Art Nouveau at the root — Alphonse Mucha’s line and René Lalique’s enamel specifically — pushed toward something ancient and more jeweled. There were so many near-misses thrown away for each one that made it into this gallery. Every finalist was then color-corrected and normalized to a single specification. I learned that the machine produces “candidates.” It does not produce a collection on the first try.
